i found so many bad things on youtube about how it sucks it cant do much, but with other phones they say little things but mostly are good. so does the neon just really suck or what?

anyone have it? how is the texting? i hear you get a lor of missed calls? true? for a first phone would you say its okay? reviews pleaseee. :)
