    I have a gateway laptop and I can't figure out where to find bluetooth on/off/settings.?

    It's a Gateway NV53/500GB/62 bit. I have looked in devices/control panel but just can't find it. There is a function bluetooth button on the keyboard. When I press it, "No Device" pops up on the screen. Do I have to download a bluetooth PROGRAM to this computer. I want to be able to send stuff...
