Best Buy mobile phone warranty package?
I bought my phone from them like 2 weeks ago and dropped it today because my friend jumped on my back while I was using it. The back and corner got all scratched up. Does best buy do anything about scratches and what not because the warranty says it covers wear and tear.- kettle1

Can this method be used to get the new HTC Incredible from Verizon?
I'm in a family plan and I got the HTC Droid Eris. My family has extra upgrades. Can I use our extra upgrade to get the HTC Incredible then deactivate my droid eris and active the incredible as my phone without changing any monthly payments?
