I'm changing my stock spring to lowering springs and I can't remove the top bolt of the spring connected the shock absorber. The whole thing keeps on spinning. Any tips would be fine.

I want to swap a H22A motor into my 1996 Honda Accord but I don't know what year would fit into it. Anything important on what I need for the engine swap would help. Trying to make a list.
