I'm starting to get a cold stuffed nose, body aches ect. I have a 5 month daughter and what are some tips I can do to prevent her from catching a cold? She's already teething so shes in enough pain :( I've been taking airborn and I drink lots of water. I breastfeed so she gets very close to me.
