At my gym there are 2 types of stationary bikes. One is tall and you sit high, the other is low. Do each do the same thing? Do they work the same muscles? I want to burn fat off my thighs...which would be better for me to do? What is the different btwn the two?
I'm trying to lose weight (about 50 lbs) and I eat maybe about 500 calories a day, but burn almost double through exercise. I just don't get hungry and so I don't eat. Is this unhealthy?
