Absolutely. It's got a lot of characters and can be confusing at times but still wound up being one of my many favorites. Check it out at the library and give it a try, if you don't like it you've invested little but time.

I know the first translation in America had portions removed, and possibly the ending changed. There's a translation done in England, but I haven't been able to determine if it's intact or also censored. Anyone know? First translation was Rebecca Copeland, second is Edith Grossman, if that helps.
