I'm not much of an athletic person, but I love running.
I usually run 3 times a week, but I wanna step it up.
I'd rather lose weight & not gain muscle (a girl thing).
So, how much weight am I able to lose?
(I'm 18, weight 140 & I'm 5'5")
...would go into a world & paint/draw? I remember watching this show... sorta like Mr. Dressup where a man (had a beard) made his own word by drawing it with a magic paintbrush... or pencil (I actually think it's a pencil, but I'm not too sure). There wee also puppet people with him too...
