    How long do you have to live in a state before you can receive financial aid?

    I might be moving to Texas this summer. I plan on going to a community college, and I know since I will not be a residence that I will need to pay more for each class. How much more? And how long would I need to live in Texas before I could get financial aid? Thank you.
