    forgot to use a basecoat on dark polished toes?

    Two weeks ago I polished my toes a dark red and forgot to use a basecoat. How on Earth can I get my toes white again? The left over color looks like red dye! Please help! 10 points to best suggestion.

    What is wrong with my Adobe Photoshop?

    I want to edit some pictures but everytime I open them with Photoshop the only tool I can use is the hand tool. For example, I go to use the lasso tool but it still has the hand when I click on the picture. I'm not sure what else to do, I've tried everything. Please help. thanks!
