I was walking the dog, and it was getting quick dark, when I felt these sharp pains all over me. Literally like someone was stabbing me over and over with a pin. It was agonizing! What are the reasons for these unexplained pains? I have no underlying medical conditions and I'm only fourteen.

I think I have the idea of it, but I'm not so sure. So I'm getting other ideas if you know please help!:)
