I have just started exercising again after 3 years (and 3 stones heavier!), and looking for a bit of advise on whether what i am doing is right for weight loss.
I am at the moment doing 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer twice a day at a speed of around 20 (mph??) it says my heart rate...
Im trying to find a flash animation of a frame of LIGHT bulbs that go on in a Circle.... like the old game shows... please help? I need it for a school project ASAP!!
