I am interested in fostering newborns to 4 yr olds. thank you

I would like to foster one or two babies or toddlers. Newborn to 3years old. I have a college degree and have successfully raised to college bound teens. I'm scared I won't be able to afford to do this good deed on my own. Who knows what support is available? Thank You, Kathleen
