Who has an easily Identifiable Metaphor?

I have created a flash page which contains a video and some illustrations. I want to send the page to my friend by email. Can I only send the .swf file? Or do I need to send a copy of the video as well? (I'm scare if I only send the .swf, the video will not be available) Thanks :)
