Perhaps your wifi device does not have its driver installed yet in Windows 7 that is why you can not turn it on. Check Network adapters in Device Manager. Check if wifi device is there and has the device driver.

GMA 900 integrated graphics is too slow for 3D games. Moto GP3 may look like a power point slide presentation and Moto GP 07 may not run at all. Better install a "real" graphics card on your PC if you want to play Moto GP decently. I've seen Moto GP3 play decently on budget or entry level...
