    How do I make a complain about the awful service at the train station?

    Yesterday I had a terrible experience at my local train station(Aldershot) and I need to know how to make a complaint but I don't know who to turn to.I read that any feedback should be sent to the company operating the station but nowhere could I see which company that is.Has anyone ever done that?
