I download moves off of piratebay onto utorrent. How do i make them download faster? They just sit there not loading for like 20minutes, then decide to start loading; after that it downloads at a decent speed.

Have had a problem w/ my girls for a while now and my oldest is infested. We've tried chemicals and they dont work. Rid nor Nix worked. I have tried Listerine but it runs into their eyes, I wash things religiously and yet I need someway to get rid of these buggers. Please help me.
