I'm a 16 year old boy. Lately I have been having sharp chest pains that only last for 10 seconds to 40 seconds. What could be the cause?

I'm 16 and I have been having some sharp chest pain on left and right side, my back has also been a bit stiff, and I have been having gas lately. So could this all be caused by gas? I'm really scared. I have also been having body aches.

I woke up this morning with a Sharp pain in my chest right in the centre whenever I move? What could it be from? and also the skin is red on the area where it hurts?
