where can i find a quarter panel to a 96 honda civic? im looking for the full body rear right side panel.

i just replaced the clutch and a new throw out bearing and its still making that grinding noise...will it hurt my clutch if i leave it like that? is it a defect or something or does dodge make really cheap throw out bearings?

My 02 dodge neon r/t idles really low in fact it shuts off after its on for a little bit. i hear air escaping from the intake well along that area but when i move it around it doesn't even intend to idle back up but when i mess with the tps/ pedal position sensor it shuts off...and my iat sensor...
