    Dying already dyed hair an unnatural color?

    I dyed my hair black about two months ago, but I want to dye it teal/blue. I don't care if it damages my hair. I just want to know if the color will show up or if I have to actually bleach it. The dye I'm using is either Manic Panic or Raw Color, if that matters.

    result is 86.52 rrange7-13? the test result comes 86.52 ref.. range 7 to 13.0 what it indicates if there is anything serious. pl.guide us . thanks.
