    I currently have the Nikon D5000 and the Olympus E-PL1 I want to sell one of them and purchase one of the cameras listed in the Question. My biggest interest in the cameras are its video mode. I am trying to save money, but If i must get teh more expensive one, then i will.

    Weight Loss Cardio: Tabata Sprinting vs. Punching Bag?

    Would it be better to do boxing and a few kicks, knees and elbows on a punching bag? Because i realize, i get a lot more tired, in a shorter amount of time. Than i do when i do Tabata sprinting. So would it be better to do more work on the bag than the treadmill? I mean, it feels like it does...
