Every timeI pull the throttle the motor bogs down and comes to a stall. I can't even take off on it because of this. Any idea what may be causing this? I meant a 1985 YAMAHA VIRAGO.

Just bought this motorcycle and the previous owner said its been standing for 14 years. I pulled off the air cleaner and found a bunch of animal droppings and acorns. I'm assuming it was a chipmunk but anyway. I cranked a few times without the filter and the bike backfired out a bunch carpet...

Tge starter on my Yamaha virago turns over for a second and just spins. I ordered a new starter and was wondering if there is something I can do to the new starter to prevent this from reoccurring. I appreciate your help.
