I've noticed that the "Fresco" items on the Taco Bell menu (i.e. the Fresco Steak Burrito) is a part of something called the "Drive-through" diet...
Does that mean that the fresco products are only available through the drive-through, or would one be able to simply order it inside the restaurant?
Sometimes, I feel the need to run, but it is usually close to getting dark, so I just use a stationary bike for at least 20 minutes.
Is this okay training wise? I decided that I will try sprinting instead of distance in track.
