It's not really the music, but what is with the freaky looking old man viewing things and people with the telescope. It's very strange. Has anyone seen this ad?

Not only do they show up on a lot of site, but the cartoon affect of the person is nothing what the person looks like. It's so creepy!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTqeJ0yxBWQ Why they chose to show a commercial like this during Saturday morning cartoons (back in the 90s), is beyond me. I know it's a drug PSA, but they should show ads like that late at night, when kids are NOT up.
