buy the v8 bigger motor and its you usually get a better deal from a Private seller verses a dealer

I have no buying experience with HDTVs. I'm looking at buying either of these 2 in 1080p. Is either really better than the other? I can't even tell by reading reviews. I have seen both in personal and they are both nice. Any advice? Thanks.
