more than likely its your idle air control motor. its kinda pricey too. call oreillys and ask for the price 9724945201

it might be the tail light socket. Look at the metal connectors inside the socket and see if they are discolored, it could be a sign that it is faulty. hmmm but then again you changed the fuse and it blew...you might have a short. Thats a tough one, you should take it to a electrician
