    what causes excessive palm & feet perspiration in a healthy young male ? can it be

    hyper emotional sensitivity? i am very shy I mean,and blush a lot very often....is this likely a cause for excessive palm & feet perspiration ? WHAT CAN BE DONE TO ALLEVIATE THIS EMBARASSING PROBLEM ?
