not basing on experience, but more on common sense. with the economic crisis, who want to pay to train, when you can self-teach? logic there is, if you really want the job, you run after the company, not the other way around.

i keep forgetting to add that detail. i don't mean race cars, i mean sports car that ordinary people - and not professional racers - like to drive because they're fast.
