    Increasing hip flexor muscles helps for sprinting?

    Is this true? Because when you are sprinting your legs create that fast turnover and the power all comes from your hip flexors? So if they are stronger, you can keep your fast turnover pace for a longer amount of time? Thanks for answering.

    Track Meet in 2 days...what to eat, ect..?

    Alright people, I have a track meet on Thursday and I would like to know what is best to do to prepare the night before... I plan on eating whole wheat pasta, but I don't know with what...just pasta sauce? Or include some meat for protein? (This is the night before). And drink a glass of milk...
