I go to the gym every Monday-Thursday.
I first do 10 minutes on the Elliptical(plus 5 minute cool down)
Then 10 minutes on the Treadmill(plus 5 minute cool down)
Last 15 minutes on the Bike
I do that everyday. Is that bad? I mean, I am getting good results. Lost 23 pounds so far... started...
You can have an infinite amount of characters. If you have ever read Gone With The Wind, you know that there are tons of characters. It is your book. Have as many characters as your story calls for.
