I occasionally get very intense pain in the back of my head when I exercise. The strangest thing is that I always get it when I'm using the same machine: The Pull Down Machine, which works the back muscles.
I got this pain again today, and I recall noticing that my chest felt a bit, I don't...
This would be during the fall semester. Is it too much? I would also have one other class on top of this, but it would not be as time consuming as the classes mentioned.
Any experiences with this?
For me, it would be better to take these now than to put some of them off for another semester...
