My screen is zoomed in for everything. When I tried to unlock it to use it I found it zoomed in. I tried everything and it won't zoom out. I tried restarting it and now I'm trying to waste the battery out and charge it back up. PLEASE HELP!!!

I bought a new radio and put it in my car and made sure all the wires were connected to it. When I start my car the radio doesn't turn on but the red light that shows it has power comes on. When I turn the key as if I was going to start the engine but don't, the radio turns on. My dad and myself...
