I have a friend of a friend who's been arrested for introduction of contraband into a county correctional facility and I've been attempting to look up what penalty this charge carries. However I can't really seem to find a good source online and I'm not from Florida. Any suggestions?

Scientific question of sorts. If a man was mostly underwater and a FLIR camera from a helicopter were to scan the area would it be able to detect the man swimming? I've heard rumor that if a man hides under a large pine tree the camera's don't work then either.
