...my old university? I moved to Guam and want to go to school at my old college, because they want to charge my 625 dollars per hour since I am considered out of state. I want to buy ebooks or text books that can be delivered to Guam. Any info would be very helpful. Thank you.

I had dropped out of my last semester of college. I was divorced in January and wondered if this is a good enough reason, due to all I went through. Any help I would appericiate.
