You get the iPhone, take it to T-Mobile and they will help you from there. But you cant buy a sim card, take it to Verizon and have it on there. Impossible. You have to be a customer of T-Mobile.

Are you paying for insurance for it through Sprint? And when did you get your phone. You have like a year warranty. Call Palm and ask them.
