    My Sharp Aquos won't let me tune in a channel that it shows having high

    "Channel Strength"? When I manually attempt to switch the channel to 22, it sends me immediately back to digital channel 3 which does tune in.     For some reason my jeeps a/c blows hot air when i am at stoplights and stop signs. When i am driving, the air is cool. What is going on???
