    Divorce decree states benefits to be paid based on a QDRO and state law recognizes

    a QILDRO what can be done? My divorce was final Dec 1993 and states benefits to my ex are to be paid based on the "Hunt Formula" but, the law for Illinois police and IMRF plans recognize QILDROs. What can be done? I was married for 205 months, but only 133 months of this time did I participate...
