That is fine with me, mine is solid. The only problem are some 3rd party apps that have not been updated by their side yet.

Let's not compare CPU speed of N97 with E series & XM. I am not sure of the rationale behind using the high CPU in non-N series phones. But if you look at N97, it got the high CPU compared to any N series released till date. Am i right? So, I wouldn't call it fail.
