I bought a samsung captivate at the end of Dec 2010. I knew the new upgrade to froyo 2.2 will be near and That is why I chose the telephone. I need the tether hability and seems that I did not get it how can I do it with other programs

I change the oil to my Toyota RAV4 every 5000 miles. The oil level seems to be less and less after +/- 2500 miles. Before the next change I have to add almost a quart again. . I don't see any leaks on garage floor. Does this vehicle "uses " oil? as other brands do?. The anti-freeze is normal...
