when driving, is it more economical to accelerate, and keep your foot on the pedal once you hit the speed you need, and maintain it there???? Ive had the habit of accelerating, and sorta taking my foot on and off the gas to keep the speed.... not just leave it on the pedal whats proper?

I drive a 2003 cadillac cts with 90,700 miles on it. I owe about 12,000 on it, and its only worth probably 7-8,000. Lately, the repairs have been mounting up, and these cars are not at all cheap to repair.... seeing that the value will only keep depreciating, and damages/wear will only get more...

so, how long would you say a bike ride should be so its considered legitimate exercise? is there any postures or settings i can do to work different parts of my body? ive been told riding a bike not only works your legs, but your entire body... Ive felt my arms getting worked from holding myself...

Ive been swapping the gauze in my mouth out, and its still comes out stained with some blood...but nothing gushing. would riding my bike be a bad idea this soon after?? as cardio activities would cause my heart to pump, and maybe influence bleeding? anyone have any advice?
