    Is it too risky to start a full-time business in your 30s?

    My concern is that if by some stroke of bad luck, your business fails in your late thirties or forties, will it be more difficult for me to work as an employee again? I heard that employers are reluctant to hire retrenched workers or job seekers in their 40s.
