I'm looking for a second phone to use when I have to go to dangerous places, to avoid being robbed, because the phone will be so simple it will not be worth stealing it. So, which of these two would you buy........? (they cost almost the same in my country, that's 65$) This one...

What is a website with tutorials for photoshop that aren't so hard to finish? I mean, tutorials from begginer to advanced and with any photoshop version from CS to CS5.
