I have the Xpress Music 5300. I just switched over from Nextel. The call volumeon my Nextel i730 was loud. This Nokia seems very quiet, even turned up all the way. Is it the network? Joe

Yep. I pressed the + button on the side and made sure it was on 10. So did the T-Mobile guy when we tested it. He admitted it was a little quiet. I had a Moto i730 with Nextel as my last phone and it was super loud. I'm sure my hearing isn't the greatest. I've been playing rock guitar in bands...

I went to T-Mobile where I bought it and tried another. Same thing...We tried a Razor and Samsung, both were way louder. I love the 5300's features, but it just wasn't working for me as a phone. Joe
