I'm now 4 months pregnant and my normal clothes are getting a bit uncomfortable!

I set this thing on my phone that it goes off (as in i cant receve or make calls or texts) at 11:00pm every night. And doesn't come on till 6:00am. And I forgot how I did it. Please help me to take it off. I did it because I kept getting texts that kept waking me up.
