Blend door or blend door actuator motor. I have replaced a few... it seems to be a common problem with certain Ford models. The door will not move from a cold position to the hot position... it sticks and allows only cold air thru. Good luck, either of those are NOT fun to replace.

if your lights are dim, there is a possibility they are just old. Try replacing the bulbs. if they are still dim... check the ground to the lights.
