    How can you tell if a painting is valuable?

    I have bought a framed picture of the 1901 "The Accolade". The person I bought it from put it in a very heavy duty frame. So either they didn't know what they had or it's worthless. How can you tell?

    I have a question about the Incentives for the new 2009 Ford EDGE?

    I just bought a 2009 Ford Edge. My question is that the incentives were $4000 or 1.9% for 72 months. Now they got me 3.9% for 72 months so technically shouldn't I get the $4000 in rebates. Cause the Dealership didn't give them to me... Just wondering if anyone knows that would be great. Thanks
