    i say buy him 1 my dad bought me 1 when i was 14 and it was the best thing ever i love my dad to this day for it haha and its pretty hard belive it or not to hurt yerself on 1 ive crashed at top speed on 1 b4 wearing a shirt n shorts thats it n got a tiny scrape thats it its so low to the ground...
