My Just Wireless Blue BT 35k2 has no volume. Yes, it is paired correctly and yes, the earpiece volume is turned all the way up. I have tried to look a manual up for this particular device and so far I cannot find one at all. Do you know where I could find one; or maybe know how to fix the issue...
