I've seen a few bobbers with the airboxes taken out and the electrical moved so that the spot in the frame where the airbox sets is all empty and clean lookin. I'm assuming that it would run fine with maybe an adjustment to the carbs so it doesnt run lean with the airbox off? What do ya think?
I bought a Honda CX500 and the heads were off when I got it Are they side specific and if they are is there a way to determine which is the left head and which is the right head? Also, when putting the heads back on is it a good idea to smear some oil on the head gasket before bolting the heads...
I want to clear out the area where my airbox is so its clean and you can see through it so to do this Ill have to move the battery. I was thinking I could move it under the seat but I'd need a smaller battery than the one I have. So just wondering how small of a battery I'd be able to go with...
