...have about 308000 miles on her? and she is starting to loss power.She was great at 250000,280000 but now she is losing power. i have been researching and i can rebuild this moter for less than $1000. If i do rebuild what parts do u recommend i switch out?

I just replaced the battery in my 2003 Mazda6 and the battery light is still on. Is it now a problem with my alternator? Or is this some sort of problem with the electrical system that I can just reset somehow? Thanks!
